The definition of cerebral palsy:
An illness situation occurs when part of the brain (which controls movement) is injured in the early stage of life before or after birth, leading to disturbances in the control of the muscles.
Muscle movement becomes impaired; therefore disturbance in the movement of the muscles may occur or the normal status of the body cannot be able to function normally, while the intellectual side of the brain is unharmed.
